The ladies at All Points Travel are THE BEST!!! We have taken several trips booked through them and always have had the best pricing and such personalized service. Even when we had a problem with an airline that was completely out of their control, they were right there to help us make sure everything was worked out. We would never book a trip without them!
What ever you do, DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT do any packages form All Points Travel. I found them at a wedding venue and they gave me a price for a destination wedding and then after I gave her a deposit they did a bait and switch on me. I asked the travel agent if this was the total price for everything and she told me, my mom, my mother in law even called to confirm the price, as well as my grandma. And she LIED flat out told me this was the price and once I contacted the wedding planner she told me that I needed about $4,000 more than what I was told!!! She told me she gave me the price form when her daughter got married 2 years ago! She didn't bother to check if the prices were correct. So myself, my mother, my grandmother, and my mother in law. We all had to take them to court and we all had to do it separate because we all paid seperatly. They stole over $8,000 from my family!!! And now we had to pay court fees and for a lawyer. We are going after these cheating liars!! We will get justice!!
