They get the job done, on time and with no nonsense. They have always been helpful and willing to find the answers to our many questions. Visa policies change frequently with many of the different countries we travel to. The Travel Broker has made this difficult task easier for us to offer great service to our customers. They always err on the side of caution. We always recommend them to anyone who needs an expedited passport or visa.

Excellent Service! I have worked with the Travel Broker for 10 years and have used them for five different bosses in accommodating to all their visa and passport needs. I have never experienced any problems in receiving my passports or visas on time. There have been times when we are in need of a quick turn around and Travel Broker without fail helped us with any crisis that we approached. They always notify me when the passport or visa arrives. The Travel Broker provides efficient and professional service. Their employees are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. They communicate effectively when they will be closed for a holiday if I am in the middle of processing a passport/visa. On a personal note me and a friend have both had to use them for personal passport reasons. Our passports were expired and we needed the passports quickly. Without fail we received them on time. The Travel Broker is hardworking, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I recommend that you use them if you are in need of a passport or visa, especially if you need it quickly.
Excellent service! I do a lot of international travel, and many of the companies I've worked for have large international businesses. Most of the companies and people I work with use Travel Broker for their visa and passport services. I've used these people for over a decade and they have ALWAYS provided excellent work and at a reasonable price.
I'm afraid that people who have rated this business poorly are inexperienced and do not understand the complexity of getting visas and passports, let alone what it takes to expedite these services. The Travel Broker can do amazing things, but no one can do the impossible. I have never been disappointed with them. I've used them for myself and my entire family's passports regularly.
I have been waiting to write this 5 star review, confident that based on Travel Brokers reputation, they would deliver! I can't recommend these ladies enough! I had an oversight on my passport expiration date just under 3 weeks before my European trip ( I did not realize you can't travel w/less than 6 months validity on a passport ) and Travel Broker pulled through seamlessly. They quoted me the exact time my passport would arrive and poof it's here! I was so stressed but knew I was in good hands! I'll be referring their services to anyone I can! THANK YOU!
