I've had a great experience working with Tiffany Snowball at the State travel office. She was very detailed and informative. She was very personable and blunt. She explained rules of the ticket I purchared and rules for checking in. Tiffany was great to work with and made my experience very simple.
Our company booked a trip and paid for it 2 months early and less than a month before we were to leave they changed our flight itinerary and gave us the worst options available to choose from. Very disappointed that they could do that and make us all change plans, very unprofessional!
