They're we're kind of okay to work with at first, but when a flight got cancelled, their guide actually made matters worse. We had to miss the last 4 days of our trip and an important city. Instead of helping and offering a refund, they charged us for flight changes before I even authorized them and made changes I didn't want. Very unresponsive once we really needed help.
