Horrible customer service. Had a very bad experience at the checkout counter. The staff are borderline rude and you can actually feel that they don't want to help. Will not visit again.
Store was very clean and organized. Had to ask for directions to kitchen/ home goods. Once there it was a ghost town! Found one of the 2 items I was looking for. Cashier was friendly and fast.
Love kohl's. Sometimes have a hard time finding someone to help me at this location, but when I do they are friendly.
I loved your saleswoman in the Jewelry department. Amber was AWESOME. I felt like she cared about me. I am going back. She's my go to jewlery girl.
The manager was the same as well!
Do not recommend. Try and Try as I might, I'm not a fan. Friends tell me Kohl's has great deals, but I can't get any assistance when I go. I don't feel like they treat their staff well, none seem happy to help. I'm done trying.
