If you're looking for good customer service in the makeup department I wouldn't recommend going here. After making our purchase, the girl helping us didn't give us half of our "free" samples, and then she had terrible service when we had to go back in to get them. I feel like if you're going to spend money somewhere then customer service is key. Something Macys might want to think about if they want to keep customers. I will not be going back.
The lady working for Estée Lauder (sorry I forget her name) is extremely helpful yesterday afternoon ard 2pm! I really appreciated her help for my purchase. I don't live in Salt Lake City but I'd rather call them to make my Macys purchase.
It's an easy store to shop in. Layout and change rooms are efficient. Really nice staff.

Omg... does anyone work in the shoe department??? Oh wait yes, but they are too busy talking to thier other coworkers, or look you up and down and completely ignore you. Seriously, I want to buy shoes here... I want to give you my money! But when your staff are stuck up b words, I will gladly take my business to Nordstrom down the street.
