Always hate going to the City Creek Nordstrom. Most of the employees act snobby. I can never tell if the employees here are working or shopping. I went to buy a wallet and instead of helping me, three of the employees were gossiping and trying on YSL and Burberry bags as if they were in their own closets.
Only downside is that even for an upscale store I think the prices are a bit too high.
1. Their customer service is exemplary
Large selection, good layout, good displays. I like the choices and the sales are good. Staff is hit or miss. They can be hard to identify and can be a little pushy but overall good.
3. Their merchandise is never disorganized
Kylie in the Cosmetics department at the City Creek Nordstroms was amazing to work with! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and best of all honest! I don't feel like she tried to up-sale me on anything and I didn't feel pressure to buy. She spent a lot of time helping me choose the right products even though they were a little busy. Fantastic experience!
The City Creek location is no different. They have been my go-to for cosmetics while on business trips to Salt Lake and the sales associate generously created several samples for me!
Customer service was not up par I was there shopping for for certain cuff links and there was no one the sales floor to help me. I looked around for a while and waited but no help. Really sucks because I really wanted this Indian nickel cuff Links they sell. May be they were under staffed who knows any way hopefully a manager reads this...
