Wow, awesome store! Customer service totally rocked. Prices are pretty good too. The place is always packed. I called ahead of time looking for a particular halloween item I saw in the bountiful tjmaxx store that disappeared before I had a chance to buy it and the customer service people went and got it for me and held it at the front for when I got there. When I arrived, it wasn't the right item. The apologized and sent someone else to find it. Amidst this time, there was a huge line and I was occupying a register, I asked if I could wait to the side and let others check out, but they didn't want me to and told me to wait and they wanted me to keep my space in line. I was pretty surprised and felt honored and taken care of. They weren't able to find my item so I went on the hunt myself and eventually did find it (it was hidden somewhere they wouldn't have found it) and was pretty pleased and got in a very long line to buy it. They line went very quickly, they were super friendly and I got what I wanted. Their prices are fairly reasonable and competitive but I am giving them five stars for a helluva good customer service experience. You guys rock!
Honestly I don't think there is anything you can't find in this Store! They carry everything from furniture to food. There's clothing for men, women and kids, shoes, bath and bed, kitchen wear, house decor, linens, and more. I found myself shopping for several hours just looking at the variety of their selection. Then had a wonderful friendly experience at checkout!
I always find something great in here. I usually don't need the things I find but they're usually great. The line can get a bit long sometimes and parts of the store feel a little overstocked but it's still a great place to find things I probably don't need.
Try to avoid both of these kinds stores. They have too many things we like.
