Another company had given me incorrect information and I was literally stranded. Then I ordered an Uber that never came, then my phone died (I was able to use a landline). She actually ordered an Uber for me to get to her office (which I was happy to reimburse her for), called the driver to make sure he had me and confirm the directions. Who does that these days? No one! She got me to the office and took care of everything very quickly! The staff was very friendly and helpful too! I highly recommend them and from now on it will be the first and only agency I will call every time I'm in town! Thank you so much!!!
A discount rent a car is now the Only place I will rent a car from. I needed an interlock device installed in the rental in order for me to drive it. They handled everything and got me on the road. They are very helpful and friendly such great company and staff! Need a rental go here you'll be happy you did!
