The guys were very helpful. We were on a long trip and had a problem with the car rented in MN. They got us a replacement right away. Thanks!
He couldn't guarantee I would even be able to get one. His explanation was that the trucks were in high-demand this time of year and that it was oversold for the date I had reserved.
Very bad experience. By far the worst customer service ever by front desk employees. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy just stood there not even bother to make eye contact. Supervisor did manage to solve my issue. When I was given the keys to the rental, guy upfront didn't even bother to say; thank you, have a nice day. etc.. and to top it off the car was not so clean, cat hair all over the place. Hertz was not my choice but because my car was in the shop and the car wash that caused a damage to my vehicle was paying for it ,is that I went here. Never again!
The experience was just so-so. I had reserved a large pick-up truck to move some household items. When I arrived I was told there was no truck available and it would be at least 30 min before one would be ready.
I came back 30 minutes later and there were a few people waiting in the lobby. One guy was working the counter, and the other clerk was in an office talking with (I presume) the location manager. We all stood there and waited for assistance from the one counter person while the manager and the other associate remained in their office. The office door was open so I know they heard the various people talking in the lobby. One customer even walked back to the office area and walked by the open office door. I called out to the managers office that the clerk needed help, but no one came out to assist the associate at the counter. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get my truck! The worst service I have ever received from Hertz! The counter associate was rally nice & helpful (& apologetic), but he was only on loan from the airport location!
Courteous and very.friendly. Helped me out when l was in a serious bind!
The manager of this location needs to take another lesson in customer service.
The person who I received terrible service from at this location no longer works here and the manager apologized to us for his poor customer service. I appreciated the management handling unpleasant employees appropriately. They still have great rates, so I will be going back if I'm in town.
I did not accept this and after a few minutes of push back on my part he went & spoke with his manager. He came back and advised me that they would have one in 30 minutes, it was being driven from another location (miraculous, huh!).
