Amazing customer service. We rented a car in Maui and the rental guy gave us great advice on where to go and where to avoid and was super friendly. You could tell he loved his job. Our first car's "check engine" light went on and When we took it back they had us in and out fast, comped our gas and then a couple days later someone from Alamo called to apologize and make sure we were happy.
